Prayers answered! First and foremost, thank You, Lord, for answering the many prayers that have been given so warmly toward my request. And, thank You, too, for showing me the way to my next life’s adventure. Secondly, thank you friends and Prayer Warriors. People I know are having very tough times with health, family, finances and other struggles. But, “in all things be prayerful,” means even if you’re praying for great things, be prayerful. I was. You were/are. And I am grateful and feel very blessed. A little over a year ago I started a new employment adventure that “went south” pretty quickly. Nevertheless, I stuck it out, hoping it would change. It has not. It has gotten worse. I knew six months ago, this was not the right “fit” for me, but I wanted to give it a year. Without going into the recent gory details, I gave it the full year and started looking for a new employment adventure. To Laura Melillo Barnum, Kathleen Green and Thad Seymour, t.h.a.n.k. you all for the (apparently) amazing references you provided for me. As my Laura might say, I shall be canonized based on her discussion. ;) Thank you X1000. This evening – (a FRIDAY – at 6:30 P.M.!!!) I received a call that I am their chosen candidate. The wonderful HR rep discussed the job, which had already been discussed in interviews and the compensation. A One-Eighty in environment. I am SO excited. I have accepted a managerial job at Universal Creative, (related to Universal Studios, but not in the theme park). Glory be to God! And thank you all, again, for your prayers! XOXOXO Feeling Blessed
