Every year new chemicals are introduced into furniture for durability, paint to prevent sun fade, and clothes for wind/water protection. They are all great until exposed to flames and heat. I listened to a morning drive show this morning and they talked to a caller about her kitchen fire and her Charly Chaplin description of how she tried 3 different extinguishers, then her husband got 2nd degree burns trying to carry the burning pot outside....all the while it was light hearted. Please get out, stay out, and call 911.
