Professionalism is key. No matter what you are faced with, or ones opinion of you or your service, always act in the best professional manner you know. By not being intimidated or moved makes you a stronger person and just makes that person look even stupider. I know it is tough when really you just want to give people a piece of your mind, but consider this, you are giving them a piece of your mind, you are just doing it in a controlled state. There are people out there who really just want to make themselves more important than anybody else, but we all know the truth. Enjoy being professional at all times, you learn to enjoy it and it is less stressful. Good luck.
