Project Coordinator - Digital - $28+/hr W2 Botsford Associates LLC - Burbank, CA 91523 Major Media Company is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator with experience within the digital entertainment industry – A MUST! Focus: The Program Scheduling & Trafficking Temp will be responsible for creating work orders for VOD content and some EST content at production facilities and managing them through completion. In addition, this role will collaborate with internal/external teams to drive continuous workflow improvements. This is a full-time temporary position located in Burbank, CA. Responsibilities: Create traffic and scheduling orders to instruct facilities on how to create VOD offering using episode content and ad/promos Collaborate with different brands and ad sales team members to ensure that ad/promo initiatives are known and ad/promo assets are delivered to production facilities Manage the promo library to ensure that ads/promos are up to date and to prevent using expired content in VOD file creation Manage workflow for new assets from crenation of traffic through delivery to aggregator or DAI partner Troubleshoot daily VOD and some EST issues throughout workflow. Basic Qualifications: 1 – 2 years trafficking or promo scheduling experience within the digital entertainment industry. Knowledgeable in VOD and TV processes and workflows is a plus Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience Experienced in using CRMs or other system applications Familiarity with Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel General Microsoft Outlook and internet knowledge Eligibility Requirements: Willingness to work nights and on weekends with short notice Desired Characteristics Ability to analyze, provide strong problem solving skills & strategic thinking skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects based on a changing requirements Ability to effectively communicate throughout all levels of the organizations Ability to handle adverse and unexpected situations in a composed and professional manner Ability to adapt to and initiate change in a fast pace & agile environment Provides knowledge of digital media and familiarity with digital multi-platform distribution.
