#ProjectABS Food Log Day 7: 10/26/13 Coffee w/ creamer Meal 1: 2 whole eggs, 1 cup fresh mixed fruit Meal 2: 6 oz pan seared rockfish w/ artichoke/potato thing & green beans, 2 bites creme brûlée, 2 bites chocolate mouse, real fruit strawberry lemonade drink w/ vodka Meal 3: EPIC BAR Halloween Party: Handful candy corn, 1 mini milky way, 3 handfuls popcorn. Booooo (no pun intended...hehe) Meal 4: Healthy version of chicken salad Exercise: 45 min cardio/strength circuit 4.5 mile run Today was definitely a random day. My mom is visiting and we were going to lunch at a very nice restaurant with one of my clients. You dont get this opportunity very often, so my strategy in this type of situation when trying to eat super healthy is to eat less during the day and enjoy myself at lunch with less restrictions. Calorically this keeps things balanced as I keep what Im eating rather clean as a rule anyways because thats the type of food I enjoy and the type of food that makes me feel good. :-) My EPIC bars came in the mail!! I tried the turkey one! More on that later today!! It was great! Halloween: Eeep...one week in. My halloween parties arent perfect. Maybe we can chalk that up to week one coming to a close and Ive had a few pieces of candy so now I can say I indulged and enjoyed the holiday all that I need to. hehe.
