Protecting our Agriculture by Protecting our Water We grow most of Idaho’s Famous Potatoes right here in Eastern Idaho. That, along with the production of barley, hay, wheat, sheep and beef makes our area one of the most productive agricultural centers in the country. Water is our lifeblood. The preservation of our dams, reservoirs and canal systems is essential to the continued prosperity of agribusiness in Eastern Idaho. Proper management of our surface and groundwater is vital to the future of agriculture and other businesses and essential to the growth and vitality of our communities. I am proud to have a 100% rating from the Idaho Water Users Association. Public lands and predators within the state should be managed by Idahoans. As your representative in the Idaho Legislature, I will continue to protect our water and natural resources from federal intrusion.
