Proverbs 13:1 A wise son hears his father’s instruction, but a scoffer does not listen. As parents we experience all kinds of emotions, attitudes and chaos from our kids. We think that they arent listening or catching on to whats being said and taught to them, but sometimes....sometimes they surprise us. Yesterday my eldest son Dominic Curtis Jackson made my emotions go into over drive by what he did. Where as most teenagers would not take time the time to write anything let alone a letter. He took his own time out and wrote me the most heart felt letter wanting guidance and a better understanding of God. Im so proud of the young man he is becoming, Im also honored that he looks to me for answers concerning his life. It brought me to tears then and now just grateful God forgave me. And though my forgiveness my children can see the change and know that even though mistakes are made its never to late to change or be saved. To God be the glory for this victory!! Men hear me...its your job to educate and raise new generations of men that follow Jesus. Stayed prayed and bible studied up because you never know when they are paying attention.
