Pulling Policy Change starting January 2015! Here at Twinkle Twinkle Little Shop, we would like to clarify and change our pulling and drop off policies. When we are pulling items, we touch every item in the store at least once.We ask that those who would like their unsold items returned, call by the 21st of the month. We have had people upset that we will not make exceptions to the pulling list after the 21st. We do not have time to go back through already pulled items and it is not fair to others that did not call because they remembered after the 21st . Also we have had people mad that we will not allow pick up of the pulled items past the 7th. We understand that there is a Sunday included in the !st through the 7th, that>s why we have 6 other days in the pick up period. If there is a Holiday we have always given you an extra day and if you have an emergency and call we work with you. Every month a percentage of those who called do not pick up, that just make our lives a little more challenging. Please pick up. Changing January 2015, we are not accepting clothing and smaller items the last 5 business days of each month. We have and always will take equipment and larger toys during the last part of the month. This just frees us up to sort and give back items. Staring January 1st, we will also give you a cash option for equipment listed below. Equipment in great condition, free of all recalls with all parts and batteries included can be purchased at 40% of our selling price. You can still use that money in store with an extra 10 % added. Pack N Plays, walkers, bassinets, cribs(less than 4 years), ergo carriers, jumperoos, plug in swings only, bumbos, toddler beds, playhouses and other outside equipment.
