Quality of service to the customer in Nigeria ...even in the private sector is at best tepid....and it generally seen as a taboo for the customer to demand for higher levels of service...if the service provider is govt then its treason or subversion for the customer to complain...if for example you receive 6 hours of power supply ..you should thank God u are even getting power...after all for 50 years there has not been any investment in power infrastructure ...if you go to a restaurant and the food to service is poor and u dare complain ...they say ah ah are you the only one? See other people meekly consuming the thing and not complaining? Wetin be your own ????
