One may not counter allegations laid against them by simply dismissing their accuracy. It is upon the one refuting the allegations to proof why they may not be true. Not the reverse. I concur. Ordinarily, as party leader or in any compound capacity, one would have informed the organisation(s) represented and disclosed agenda and minutes of said meetings in abeyance of future chagrin. Any adept leader would do so.
