Quick team/CF Games update -- Newsletter coming later this week will also have some info!: - We had a great showing in 14.2 - the strategies of 2s, 3s and 4s on the Chest-to-Bars kept everyone fresh for the later rounds and we took 7th as a team, Jenny had her first top 15 finish and best Open finish ever! - Kit, Maria, Myself and Kristen are yet to repeat a workout and have been able to stay fresh both mentally and physically and continue to focus ourselves for the weeks moving forward - this has been a huge relief to me and Im sure to them as well, and my mid-open training has never been better. - Ed currently sits 275th worldwide in the Masters 40-45 division and needs to be top 200 to move on to the next stage of competition! - Inter-gym rivalries are getting interesting! Coach Jay vs. The Danman is a personal favorite. - If you didnt get as many CTB as you wanted this week make sure you continue to work your strict pull-ups, and get with coaches if you need a better plan - overall I was very pleased with our progress in that skill this year!
