Our team has been servicing Houston and its surrounding areas for over 25 years offering the very best in commercial, mechanical, and residential fixtures, pipe, valves, fittings as well as a vast inventory of other related plumbing products . We are a close knit group that works together to provide the best service to both new and existing customers. A Quotations Specialist interacts with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners, and interprets their specific product requirements to create competitive quotations and submittal packages. He/She provides the customer service required to secure sales. As a Quotations Specialist with Hajoca your specific duties will include, but are not limited to: Interpret complex customer requirements and offer solutions that maximize profitability and add value for the customer; negotiate pricing with manufacturers and customers. Create accurate and professional quotations and submittal packages from customer specifications/drawings using the applicable software system (Eclipse). Follow up on outstanding quotations to secure orders, improve quotation process and measure effectiveness. Follow up with customers to ensure orders are filled promptly; assist with project management and coordinate deliverables. Support the Profit Center Sales Team serving as a peer expert concerning the specifics of quotes, proposals, bid strategies and product application. Although Hajoca is a large company, we work in a decentralized environment where each of our locations is run by a Profit Center Manager as if it was their own small business.
