RAM Law has instituted a bad faith suit against GEICO for failing - TopicsExpress

RAM Law has instituted a bad faith suit against GEICO for failing to properly protect its insured. In October of last year, Craig Aronow obtained a $675,000 verdict against a GEICO insured and GEICO has refused to make payment on that insureds behalf, exposing him to the $675,000 judgment. Now RAM Law, having obtained that insureds legal rights, will sue GEICO to force them to take responsibility for gambling with their insureds personal assets. Gambling with an insureds personal assets has become more and more common with certain insurance carriers in New Jersey.
