As we are coming to the end of Governor Emmanuel Uduaghans second term, and a Governor who preaches transparency and accountability, we would expect the State Government, through the Commissioner of Finance and Planning to publish in National Press, as they did then, the financial position, revenue and expenditure covering 1st November 2010 to Present Date. Deltans are patiently awaiting the government to oblige.
