REMEDY TO LINGERING SECURITY CHALLENGES ================= 1. Sack all state governors of affected states, 2. withhold monthly security alocation 3. Appoint a neutral administrator from the midle belt to oversee the states, suspend the local govt chairmen and replace them with christain council administrator.
