RESTITUTION IF you or your ancestors were victims of the Natives Land Act of 1913, the Apartheid Act of 1950 and other racially discriminatory legislation during colonial times AND were stripped of your Dignity & Heritage, dispossessed of your rights, forcibly evicted from your homes and your properties illegally confiscated Then You are eligible to be equitably restituted (compensated) by the Minister of Rural Development & Land Reform in terms of the Restitution & Land Rights Act 22 of 1994 (as amended) The D6WC is aimed at redressing the restitution issue in South Africa to fall in line with the Constitution. We are currently dealing with Urban Land claims and will task the Minister of Rural Development & Land Reform to make D6 a model of equity and fairness that will serve as a catalyst for all urban restitution cases in South Africa. We strive to bring about social cohesion and economic sustainability not only to the people of D6 but to all affected communities - by applying just laws that will truly restore the rights of the people (as enshrined in the Freedom Charter). We urge all restitution communities and societies to unite in this noble cause and fight to eradicate corruption once and for all because Dignity & Heritage surpasses everything! Please spread the word…
