ROKU USERS: We have submitted yet another Acorn TV channel revision to Roku and it is now available to our subscribers. It is version 2.1.29 and if you do not already have it, you can go to the Roku main menu, select SETTINGS --> SYSTEM UPDATE --> CHECK NOW to have it pushed to you. By doing this, youll also ensure you get the latest Roku firmware version 5.5 (if youre on one of the newer Rokus). Please try installing this update to see if it fixes the freezing/crashing of the channel. If it does, then please just let us know here on Facebook. If it does NOT, then please select HELP, then CONTACT US, and select CHANNEL CRASHING, and send us a diagnostic report so that we can see that you have the latest versions and give that information to our techs. Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience and THANK YOU all for your patience as we try to resolve these ongoing playback issues. We are aware that this may not solve the problem for everyone, and that there are still people with issues on iPads and computers, but this update is our next best step. Also, please know that once the problems are resolved we do plan to make any affected customer whole for the time they did not have service.
