Rabbits..my rant of the day. They dig holes all over our yard, eat my flowers, tease my dog and I am tired of dodging them in the street. Damn Varmints! However, when you come upon a deceased baby bunny (or two) in the window well, the tears flow. They are so sweet, so cute, and they were all curled up like they died in their sleep. Now what do I do with them? The mom in me wants to bury them in a lined shoe box, and hold a small service, like I did with chinchillas and tortoises, and birds, and lizards, etc. that passed when the boys were little. The practical me says, Too big to flush, they will stink in the trashcan til next week,and if Steve R Pancoast lived closer, maybe he would want to preform taxidermy on them. In the mean time they sit in limbo in a bucket in the garage. What to do? What to do?
