Rachael 1/18 Squats triples up to 105 then 6x2 Snatch singles (would do several singles at lighter weight) 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70 (power), 75, 80 miss. 60x2, 67.5x2, 75 miss 62.5x3, 67.5x3, 72.5x2 77.5 miss 65x4, 70 got the first two missed number 3 after at BYU gym: 6x6 pulls ups, 2 sets x 3 reps of weighted pullups (with a 10 plate) Felt really good. Yesterday I had done heavier clean pull/deadlifts and rows and was worried that would affect my workout today, but I felt great! Strong. It was good to find out that deadlifts with 300+lbs wont mess up my workout schedule. Looking forward to incorporating those and more rows in my workouts. Also felt good doing weighted pullups. Wanting to eventually to doing that with 45+ lbs. Seeing results fast as Ive been eating more and lifting hard. Feels good! Consistence and patience is key I am learning.
