Rachel and I took Bass the Bookstore Dog to the vet today, where they had to remove his one canine tooth he had. They did this because his tooth was causing soft tissue damage inside his mouth. He is in a lot of pain and is still very drugged up and out of it. He ate his supper but had problems getting it into his mouth, he wanted to play with his toy Rachel bought him awhile back and he couldnt pick it up with his mouth. It is breaking my heart to watch him suffer. Rachel worried about him all day. Most of our animals are pretty healthy and dont usually have problems. Poor Bass has had to struggle from the get go but at least Rachel found him on that hot summer morning at the Flea Market. We would like to thank Southern WV Animal League and all the help they give so many animals. If you can foster or adopt an animal please do so and if you can afford to give a little money to them please do that as well. Bass has a lot of medical care he still needs and we will be taking him to Virginia Tech again in the near future.
