Re: Ref: Tillman Collins is stranded and dead locked in his Policy and strategy for four years : Patience Llyod death benefit. J. D. Slanger, anything I post is accurate believe me. My question is: What do you want to achieve by writing this letter to the public?  In my view, this letter would have been very appropriate if it was written shortly before the 2013 election. Anyway, what do you expect to achieve from this letter? Tillman N. Collins vowed to become the next president for the Grand Gedeans in the USA and put in place a platform which in part says: 1. He said he will publish the GGAA bank statements every month on the GGAAs website ( ggaa.us/ ) for the sake of transparency and this was never done : He then firstly lied to us. The bank statement is kept in secret because of his misused of our funds and greedy involvement. 2.In 2011 in Des Moines, Iowa at his first inaugural ceremony he told us that he will build one clinic in Gbarzon district and one in Konobo district, and he asked each chapter to pay $ 2000 for that project and almost every chapter do comply as requested by him but he was not able to build a single clinic in any of the named district. Later, he told us that the UNHCR has built clinics in the two districts so there is no need to build any again, but where is the more than $ 30.000 we gave to you to build those clinics? He said he renovated the Zwedru Tubman Memorial Hospital with the estimated cost of $ 29.000 but there was no receipts to prove his report, he again lied to us---big liar. 3. He put in place a policy that each chapter shall contribute the amount of $100 in term of death related issue and at the same time, the national administration shall donate $ 300 on top of what will be collected by each chapter to be given to the bereaved family or the left behind children or family of the late member of the GGAA as it in the case of Patience Llyod but that did nit exactly happened as it was in the case of the late Patience Llyod, Tillman Collins only and was able to gather just $ 500 for and as the bereavemnt package for the late Ms. patience Llyod, is this not a shame to the KY / TN GGAA chapter? of-course yes.. Tillman Collins has lied to the KY / TN GGAA chapter when it comes to upholding his respectful stands in retrospect to his policy and strategy especially in regard to the death benefit of the late Ms. Patience Llyod who was once a treasure, board member of GGAA and VP in the interest of our chapter, Tillman Collins only sent $500 which of-course has not yet been delivered to the appropriate family members, he was due to send $ 2,100 instead of $ 500. Tillman Collins has abused his own policy and strategy by not enforcing them timely because of his inability, inexperience, administratively dead and the lack of an aggregate leadership skills to uphold what he vows and plans to do. By definitions of what he vowed: 1. Policy--means a program of actions adopted by an individual, group, association or govenment, or the set of principles on which they are based or will be operating by, on a time by time or quarter by quarter basis. Such must be approved and administered by the entitys CEO whose in the case will be Hon. Tillman Collins. 2.Strategy--A carefully devised plan of action to achieve a goal, or an avenue of developing or carrying out such a plan especially to do as fully acted upon or decided upon withinyour policy, or in his / her your policy. In short, I am letting you know of a very clear two distinct definitions in regard to:  --- policy: a plan or action to be taken in an effective leadership to remain in full stand with your people; this is what ones do do in time of his stay in office for two years.--- strategy: a means use to accomplish your policy; an act in which a plan is designed to flow with your policy in a full doing; this is in either the way to enforce your policy and the means to maintain your policy in an administrative manner. Summary: Patience Llyod family and children have not yet received any cent from the GGAA under the administration of Hon. Tillman Collins, there is no or enough factor for which such a fund is delayed, but one thing we are all sure of is that, Tillman Collins is Dead Locked in his full function as our CEO and he has no mind, will, intend, leadership experience and the training to lead our union to success. Any president who then is not able to function in the capacity of his own policy or strategy is willfully considered as a dead and living president. Until then, we ask that Tillman Collins push other chapters to pay their fair share of the late Patience Llyods money or bereavement package as required and enforced by the Tillman Collins administration. Sincerely yours,Augustine ZuluMemberKy / TN GGAA chapterand Former President of this chapter for four years;presently on the local GGAA KY / TN board
