Our heads are still spinning from trying to understand some of the information we are about to present to you. As far as we are concerned, that is enough to tell us that something very wrong is going on here, something that everyone needs to have a look at. We are not asking for explanations here, because we believe with what we have learned, such explanations will make no difference to the final outcome. We simply put the facts before you so you can determine if such a complex, convoluted situation is one in which you want to involve yourself. Lets begin: Who was/is Bernard Clayton and what is his OPPT Connection and the California UCC Filings? The One Peoples Public Trust (OPPT) movement has come to prominence in a relatively short period time. Officially launched on 25 December 2012, the movement has captured the imagination of many desperately looking for a solution to the planetary crisis involving the global financial system. A central premise of the movement is that via a series of UCC documents filed in Washington DC the OPPT has managed to foreclose on all corporations, governmental, judicial and financial bodies globally. Up until recently copies of these documents were publicly available for download at oppt-in. It would be fair to say that most people with any interest or associated with the OPPT would be familiar with or at least aware of these documents. However, its recently come to our attention that there are other filings in the UCC system with connections to the OPPT-filings weve never been told about. These were not filed in Washington DC, but rather in the State of Californias UCC office. This article highlights several of these. We are unable to fully analyse the true meaning and intention of these filings, and/or whether they have any force in law, as we were not involved in their preparation. So where does one find a copy of these UCC filings? First go to the following links: scribd/doc/117357367/Secured-Party-Creditor-for-HOMELAND-SECURITY-and-US-TREASURY-DEPARTMENT scribd/doc/117676296/DECEMBER-12-2012-11-11-pm The first document is a UCC Financing Statement (UCC 201202869611, filed 28 Jan 2012) and the second is a UCC Financing Statement Amendment (UCC 201235659234, filed 21 Dec 2012). Both of these documents can be found in the following Scribd folder together with over 400 other documents, mostly all filed under a one Clayton M Bernard Ex. scribd/FRASBERG Lets take a closer look. Who is Clayton M Bernard Ex? Clayton M Bernard Ex is of the Executor Office Mariposa UMI Province: Bernard El Segundo CA USA 90245 and acts as the Secured Party Creditor (SPC) in these filings. A Secured Party Creditor is someone who holds a security interest in some goods or property held by a debtor. So in this case Clayton holds a security interest in the goods or property of the debtor/s named in these filings. The first UCC Financing Statement was filed 28 January 2012. So who is he? A bit more digging through the scribd/Frasberg folder and one is able to locate his birth certificate which shows that Clayton is of Jamaican decent and was born in Kingston in 1982. Please note, that apart from being the Secured Party Creditor on the UCC documents he also has a Facebook profile at facebook/claytonm.bernardex. Some further investigation shows that he appears to be involved with a company called Frasberg. A quick online business register check for Frasberg shows that Frasberg is a $1 billion company involved in quite a diverse range of industries ranging from banking to organic ice cream: National Commercial Banks, Miscellaneous Business Credit Institutions, International Affairs, Trust, Holding Company, Data processing Services and carries the following brands: Frasberg, Frasberg Organic Tea, Frasberg Hemp Jeans, Frasberg Organic Ice-Cream, Frasberg Hemp Papers, Bond Paper. On 8 Nov 2012, the hardworking and industrious Clayton diversified his business interests even further by started a trucking company in California. Does that sound familiar? You may recall that most of the OPPT trustees, including Tucci-Jarraf, Skinner and Hillner also started LLC trucking companies. There is another problem with this, however, that stretches our credulity: Unfortunately, Clayton M Bernard is deceased! Yes, and in fact he died over 12 years ago on January 1 2001, as the following registration of death record below shows. The other strange thing is that, 12 years later, a fictitious name was registered using his name in Florida on 9 Nov 2012, and at around the same date as he started his trucking company. So what it seems we have here is a deceased 18 -year-old that acts as a Secured Party Creditor on behalf of others and files UCC documents left, right and centre. Including one document, as you are about to read that includes a claim against the One Peoples Trust. The OPPT Connection and the 3 Trustees On the first page of the UCC document filed by Clayton we also see that the first debtor is named is Charles C: Miller. For those familiar with the OPPT the identity of Charles Millers is synonymous with the former trustee who was instrumental in formulating the original idea for the OPPT but who is no longer associated with the movement. It would be fair to say that the OPPT has gone to some trouble to distance itself from Charles in recent times. In the 6 March Linda Joslin/Lisa Harrison audio, Lisa when asked about Charles, stated that because of his god complex he and Heather went their separate ways. Harrison also states the Charlie hasnt been around for a long, long time. In the recent April 2013 audio, and first ever, Harrison interview with Hollis Randall Hillner, Hillner stated that Miller and the three trustees had gone their separate ways. This was further confirmed in Linda Joslins recent 7 May interview with Charlie himself. So we can only conclude that Miller has nothing to do with the OPPT. If we now skip to page 5 of the more recent 21 Dec 2012 UCC amendment filing that we gave a link to at the start of this article we find some confusing information. It appears this UCC filing involves a claim being made against the OPPT by someone or some organisation that has assumed the identity of our dead friend Clayton. It is also interesting, and we note here for you that the three trustees names in this relatively recent 21 December 2012 filing are Charles Miller, Heather Ann Tucci-Jarraf, and Caleb Skinner, when in fact we are told in the April audio mentioned above that Hollis Randall Hillner is one of the three trustees. The other Secured Party Creditor - the Ethiopians Now this is where things get really zany. There are two Secured Party Creditors named in this filing . One is Clayton as we know, while the other is The Ethiopian World Federation, Inc of mailing address 2130 E Mariposa Ave El Segundo CA. Please note that this mailing address is the same as our deceased friend Claytons. We can only conclude that Clayton and this Ethiopian group are somehow connected. So what is the Ethiopian World Federation (EWF) all about? From their website (ethiopianworldfederation) the EWF is: --------------------------------------------------------- a not-for-profit membership organization, incorporated in the State of New York, United States of America and registered by the Internal Revenue Services as a 501 (C) 4 (civic- league, social welfare) making the organization, tax exempt. This organization came into being on August 25, 1937 in New York City, through the efforts of Black Americans who sent a delegation consisting of three prominent Harlem figures, all leaders of the black organization known as the United Aid for Ethiopia.. ...The major goal of The Ethiopian World Federation, Incorporated is inherent in the name of the organization. The Ethiopian (meaning all Black people), World (everywhere), Federation (autonomous groups working together), desiring to do all we can to restore the continent of Ethiopia-Africa to her former state of complete independence and self-reliance thereby effecting a social and economic betterment of the race everywhere. --------------------------------------------------------- While it is not our intention to say any more about the EWF in this short article it is clear to us that their UCC filing involves a claim against Charles Miller and the OPPT. Why the OPPT are even involved at all is not clear to us. The Rothschild Family, the US Government and other Debtors Interestingly, the OPPT is not the only organisation that the Ethiopians are claiming against in this filing. The list of debtors when you scan through the document makes for some impressive reading. In addition to the OPPT it includes the likes of: - The Rothschild Family - Internal Revenue Service - US Treasury - US Congress - Government of the United States - Supreme Court of the Unites States - United States of America Corporation - Department of Homeland Security, as others. It is outside the scope of this short article to conduct a proper analysis of this organisation and its aims. Suffice it to say their UCC filing, submitting into the UCC system via our dead friend Clayton M Bernard Ex, appears to be an attempt by a non-profit group with noble aims to foreclose on the heavy-weights of the world, and for some reason the OPPT, as well. It is not clear at all why the OPPT is even involved in this claim. We are not sure why this is the case but other sections of the document refer to historical grievances the Ethiopians have over a treaty violation with the Italian government way back in the 1930s. So the filing is a claim by Clayton and the Ethiopians over the OPPT and all these other corporations including all their collateral. In the UCC the Secured Party Creditor holds the superior claim which means that Clayton and the Ethiopians have first claim on all the collateral of the corporations named in the document in the event that any future filing by another entity attempts to make similar claims over these same corporations down the road. What does it all mean? If you are totally confused by now, so are we. Heres a brief summary of what weve learned: An identity with a fictitious name matching the name of a dead guy files a UCC document in California on behalf of an Ethiopian not-for profit group that includes a claim over the OPPT; Until now weve never heard that such a claim exists over the OPPT of this recent UCC filing that clearly involves OPPT related matters; We do not know why such a group would have a claim over the OPPT; Since the original filing by this Ethiopian group was made over a year ago in January 2012, and they hold the superior claim over the collateral of all those named in the filing we cant see how its possible for the OPPT to claim they have foreclosed on the same entities; We cannot comprehend how the OPPT can claim to have foreclosed on all corporations globally when the EWF appears to have already foreclosed on many of the same organisations (not to mention OPPT as well); We must question why Charles Miller is even named in this UCC filing when all disclosures to date from OPPT indicate that Miller has had nothing to do with OPPT for a long time. Finally, why is Heather named in these recent UCC documents, and yet has never disclosed this fact? As we said at the start of this article our heads are still spinning from trying to comprehend all this and particularly why none of this information has been disclosed previously by the OPPT. In summary, we suggest that the OPPT and its current incarnation the One People, is not an open, transparent organisation, but instead appears to be a master of doublespeak, mystery and deception. A far cry from the Absolute Data and transparency mantra the movement keeps repeating time and again to its followers.
