Reading from the Letter of the Apostle Paul to the Church at Galatia (5:1.13-18) "You called for independence." Brothers and sisters, Christ has set us free, so we are really independent. Stand firm therefore, and do not want to submit to it again under the yoke of slavery. Indeed you were called for independence. But do not exploit independence as an opportunity to live in sin, but treat one another for love. Because the whole of the law is covered in one word, "Love your neighbor as yourself!" But if you bite each other and swallow each other, Behold, you probably destroy each other. What I mean is: Long live by the Spirit, and ye will not obey the desires of the flesh. Reason of carnal desires against the Spirit, and the Spirit desires contrary to the desires of the flesh, - because both opposite - so every time you do not do what you want. On the other hand, if you let yourself be guided by the Spirit, ye are not under the law of life.
