Real Estate frustration journal Entry #3: We have a listing. It was overpriced and had several significant price reductions, about $80,000 worth. It had 46 showings and each one said the same thing: Too much money and would be interested at a lower price. 46 Realtors, 46 Realtors, 46 Realtors. I keep saying it and I still cant believe it. 46 Realtors and not one had the sense to write an offer for what their clients thought it was worth. Every one of them should be kicked out of the business. It says Motivated Seller, make an offer! Finally I couldnt take it anymore and I emailed the last lady and said what the hell?! Dont Realtors write offers anymore? If you wait for the price to drop until the price is so low everyone wants it then you have all sorts of competition. She took my advice to heart, wrote an offer and it was negotiated to acceptance. She should pay me for the lesson.
