Real Fat is Good! Healthy fats like raw organic coconut oil, raw pastured butter or ghee, animal fats from pastured animals like lard and tallow, and unheated olive oil support hormonal health because cholesterol is a precursor to all hormone production and good healthy fats are needed for good healthy hormones to be produced by the body. Avoid vegetable oils, margarine and chemically-processed oils but don’t avoid healthy fats. :)
