Really loving this new bottle of Avocado oil. Not only can I cook with it, use it to make salad dressing, rub it on my skin/hair/nails but I can also BRUSH MY TEETH WITH IT(oil pulling). I love eating/using essential oils for all types of holistic practices! It should be noted that coconut/hemp/sesame and other medicinal/edible oils can be used in these same fashions, but my recent exploration of switching to avo oil has really been something worth sharing!
