Recently I have seen more grease in septics and city sewers causing major obstructions in peoples houses. I was recently called to a house in Darlington for a blockage. I used my video camera to inspect their main drain line from inside the house all the way to there septic tank. What I found was heavy amounts of grease that solidified inside their drains preventing solids and toiler paper from properly draining. The accumulation of grease caused havoc on their disposal system. I had to clean the pipes several times inside , then outside from their clean out to their septic tank. Fortunately I was able top break it up using my mechanical drain machines and flush with large amounts of water. They were lucky this time as many times only high pressure water jetting is the only answer and this is expensive. Please remember no flushable wipes, grease and food should go down any drain. Flushable wipes are really not flushable despite their claims.
