Recipe in case anyone wants to try Rosemary Shortbread at home: Rosemary Shortbread 2 cups plain flour 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped 170g unsalted butter, softened 2 tablespoons honey 1/2 cup icing sugar 1 tablespoon granulated sugar Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder and rosemary. In a large bowl, beat butter, honey and icing sugar with an electric mixer at a speed until pale in colour. Turn mixer to low speed, and slowly add the flour mixture until dough just comes together - (should have the same consistency as play-doh). Tip dough onto a clean surface and roll into a log 5cm in diameter. Wrap log in cling film and place in freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from freezer, cut into rounds approximately 1.5cm in thickness. Place rounds on a lined baking tray and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake in oven for 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
