Remember last week when we talked about a contest where you could WIN FREE #WingBites for a year? Well, this is it!!! We want YOU to create #TheBiteMan costume! To enter: Post a picture of you as #TheBiteMan in The Bite Man album on #TheBiteMobile page, and the photo with the most likes WINS! This contest starts right now and ends on November 1, 2014 at 12pmEST. A winner will be announced on The Bite Mobile Facebook page on Sunday, November 2, 2014. Its that easy. Now, please read the disclaimer below and the contest entry rules. ** One picture per person please, duplicates or multiple pictures will be deleted. The winner of this contest receives: ONE order of wing bites [no substitutions] from Nina’s Restaurant [602 New York Street, Scranton, A, 18509] PER WEEK for the year – November 3, 2014 until November 3, 2015. You must call Nina’s Restaurant to place your order [570-344-6069] every week, and pick up your order from Nina’s Restaurant. You may also enjoy your free order of wing bites at the restaurant. You may not combine weeks and order two orders at a time. There is no carry over. A week is Monday through Saturday, Nina’s is closed on Sunday. By submitting a picture, participants agree to these Official Rules and certify they are 14 years or older. Participants give The Bite Mobile and Nina’s Restaurant permission to use the photo along with their first name and last initial on our Facebook Pages. Photos will be posted in #TheBiteMan album on The Bite Mobile’s Facebook Page. • Voting begins immediately after someone posts a picture and will end at noon on Saturday November 1, 2014. • Votes will be tabulated by the number of “likes” received by each photo. In the event of a tie, a drawing will be held. One prize per household. Voters may “like” more than one (1) photo. • A winner will be announced on Facebook on November 2, 2014 following the contest. Eligibility: The contest is open to residents of the United States of America who live within a reasonable and drive-able distance to Ninas Restaurant who are fourteen (14) years of age or older as of the day of entry. Employees, of Nina’s Restaurant and their immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, or son, regardless of where they live) or members of their same households (whether related or not) of such employees are not eligible for the contest. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules. The contest may be cancelled should causes beyond the administration be corrupted. No prize substitution, transfer or cash redemption. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Bite Mobile and Nina’s Restaurant and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the contest or these Official Rules. Winner agrees that prize is awarded “as is.” Limit one winner. By participating in the contest, you acknowledge and agree that The Bite Mobile and Nina’s Restaurant may collect the personal information submitted by you. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, destroyed or stolen forms or photographs. Entries are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained in accordance with these rules and through authorized, legitimate channels, or if any part is inappropriate , counterfeited, illegible, mutilated, or tampered with in any way, or if they contain or reflect printing, typographical, mechanical, seeding or other errors. Released Parties shall have no liability for entry forms, posters or any other media containing or reflecting printing or other errors. Anyone may be disqualified from participating or winning a prize if, it is determined that such person is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or representatives.
