For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world: But that the world: through Him might be saved.(John 3: 16-17) Sin is the reason salvation is needed because...For the wages of sin is death: but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.(Roman 6:23) and For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God: ( Roman 3:23) The cross is the reason salvation is provided because........Who his self bore our sins in His own body on the tree(cross), that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.(1 Peter 2:24) Faith is the reason salvation is offered because........For by grace your saved through faith; and not of yourselves: it is the gift of God. (Ephesians 2:8) Eternal life is your only if you accept the gift offered because.......He that hath the Son(Jesus the gift) hath life: and he that hath not the Son of God(Jesus the gift) hath not life.(1John 5;12) The Sinner repent because.......Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out (erased) when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.(Acts 3:19) The sinner believed because........Verily, verily I say unto you, He that heareth my(Jesus) word; and believeth on him(God) that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death to life.(John5:24) No longer a sinner but a born again Christian and should confess God word because.....That if you shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine (your) heart that God raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
