Repost for rounder booty! I am demonstrating a Reverse Hyperextension targeting the lower back, hams and glutes. If you dont have a machine you can use a bench and a stability ball but try it with a spotter until you can grasp the balance and strength you will need. Initiate the movement by squeezing the glutes and lifting the legs. Push your hips into the ball to get those glutes to fire more.
