Restaurant Review (visited july 2014) Crystal Jade Teochew Restaurant The restaurant, located in Pacific Place in the Sudirman Central Business District, is the ninth Crystal Jade outlet in Jakarta. Crystal jade culinary concepts is a singapore based chinese restaurant chain. Famous for their teochew and cantonese cuisine. One of my favorite menu in this restaurant is shark bone fish maw soup. The crispy skin duck is excellent, real crispy, tender and succulent. Overall, most of the menu are average. Price is reasonably ok with the taste of the food. But i believe the live seafood and other chinese signature dish are very expensive. you also have to pay for the wet tissue.... So, when you want to have teo chew delicacy, come to this restaurant.
