A Store Manager that will motivate, inspire and guide a small team to achieve sales success. This person will be focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPI’s Nick Scali Furniture was established over 50 years ago and is now one of Australias largest importers of quality furniture. Nick Scali sources its products from around the world. It imports directly from some of the largest and most respected manufacturers globally. In excess of 4,000 containers annually are brought to Australia by Nick Scali. Are you ambitious and driven to succeed? Do you have great attention to detail and a passion to sell a quality product whilst driving sales through inspiring and motivating a team of sales professionals? You will be reporting to the State Sales Manager. You will work to ensure your store achieves sales targets, through the effective management of a small team. Your management experience and your professional sales skills are essential to be successful in this role. You, your commitment and contributions will be recognised by Nick Scali. In your role you will be responsible for: Achieving sales targets and KPI’s The inspiration and motivation of your team Being a role model to sales staff in your team The efficient and successful operation of our showroom Solving day-to-day problems in relation to customer service. Working with the State Sales Manager, to manage store budgets through planned, efficient rostering and other cost control methods. To achieve success in this role you will need: A focus and priority on driving sales. Strong, effective leadership, organisational and communication skills to motivate and manage your team. At least 3 years experience in store management At least 5 years experience in retail sales. Experience in a similar role with a customer service focus including sales of large ticket items.
