Rob and I recently cancelled our Netflix account because we found out our account information had been hacked without our knowing and sold on Ebay. It wasnt until the buyer upgraded our account and switched the language to Dutch. When Rob finally realized what was going on Netflix did not seem to care very much that someone had accessed our personal information. After cancelling the account, Rob received an e-mail from a stranger asking him what his new password was. Evidently this had been going on for over a year and we didnt know it. If you have Netflix watch your recently watched and user profiles. If any profiles pop up you dont recognize or any movies show up that you havent watched cancel your account!!!
