Roller (Closed RP) The lich looked over at Roller for a moment and nodded. They werent always called demons. The native tribes called them the nagloshii, or the more common term, skinwalkers. They do their best to incite fear and despair, and they feed on the psychic trauma it creates. Storm glanced over to Arcanos for a moment. Phobophages? I thought things like that couldnt leave the Nevernever without a beacon on our side of the veil... Windrunner reached out of the cage and tapped Storm on the flank. He turned, and she simply pointed up to where the gathered energies of the entropy curse distorted the air above the faraday cage, the tendrils of power all but clawing at the construct to get at her. Storm blinked, then nodded. Right, nevermind. Dumb question. A hissing laugh sounded out in the darkness beyond the trailing, comet-tailed lights of Storms broken horn. In short, Roller, they feed on souls, and when a soul is tainted heavily with fear when it is released from a body upon death, the meal is that much more empowering to them. When the curse takes Windrunner, theyll have a feast that cant be readily matched. Another quiet laugh comes from the darkness, along with a whispered Ill feast upon your soul... Windrunner shivered and hid under her wings.
