"Ruby and flowers,inspired by the ace photo poet,Smritikana Basu,Kolkata". On return from Pune this morning,the highway around Dehu Road side,just out of Pune city,onwards to Mumbai,was full of smaller daffodil type flowers.Most naturally grown,a wild variety no doubt but their gloss and glaze,their absolute pure yellow color and the amazing beautiful petals and their designs under the sunny sky got Ruby struck with an idea to photograph them.She uttered,"lets take some snaps,like Smritikana Basu,our FB friend from Kolkata". I was pleased and happily agreed.Normally such are my areas of sudden reactions to photograph.Not much with Ruby. It was a solid inspiration from our poet,photographer friend,the poetry machine,Smriti whose pages here or in her Timeline or in communities she visits are always filled with subtle pictures of flowers and ALL taken by her.Just to salute you,Smriti,here me and Ruby.Cheers to all our friends and contacts in Facebook.And of course a big Hi!! to FB.(6 photographs)
