SATURDAY: Day 42/90 ( Day 34/56 T25 Gamma) Workout: T25 Alpha Ab Intervals (even though its my rest day... felt like I need something to get me going this morning before I go to work for 12 hours!) Pre-WO: P90x Energy and Endurance drink B: Vanilla Shakeology with 1/2 banana, spinach, 1 tbsp pb2, ice , almond milk S: Coffee and apple and almonds L: Ordering out so some kind of large salad with protein (grilled chicken or sirloin tips!) S: Hummus and carrots/celery D: Taboouleh Armenian Bulgur and parsley salad with whole wheat and flaxseed pita bread S: Blueberry Beer! 64 oz water
