Remember 90% of every court fine, from Scottish Courts also goes to Westminster.... NEXT YEAR WE WILL STILL BE PAYING ALL THE ABOVE IN, AND WESTMINSTER ARE GOING TO CUT THE BLOCK GRANT.....
