SOOOO NOT happy - just got home from the orthopedic surgeons - Ive been having horrible audible snapping and pain in my (L) knee - not good as I had a replacement 2 years ago tomorrow - well - - - no more walking for me for a short while - on to physical therapy for deep muscle massage and have a compound cream being ordered and made - you know your in trouble with the physician says this is not going to be easy or comfortable, IT band problems - not uncommon in total knee replacements - he was pleased with my progress though and surprised this was/is the only issue Im having! Guess Ill settle for that!! NOT LOOKING forward to this next phase - I hated deep muscle massage the first few times and I know Im not going to like it any better now - also he wants me to use ice - which I know makes perfect sense - but I HATE ice and do a million times better with heat. He was happy with the looks of the joint and the replacements - with the exception of the patella - NOT tracking correctly - cross your fingers my friends - lets see if I can make these therapy professionals cringe like I did to my wonderful therapist and now friend Sheryl Cox - wonder if she would come back and do my therapy?! LOL
