SOOOO WHATS WRONG WITH A STOREFRONT? : I just finished listening to a preacher say that their punishment was to minister in storefronts for a season,smh, only pride would cause someone to make that kind of statement, let me say this, a whole lot of us and our parents got delivered and saved in storefronts, and a lot of us have been blessed to even pastor in them, I pastor in a storefront, Yes Im building a new edifice now, but it has been the anointing in a place like OUR STOREFRONT on broad st, that draws people not for fashion or glitz, but those that needed salvation, deliverance, healing, restoration and love and they found it found it in our 100 seat storefront with most times less in attendance, and I REFUSE to ever forget where the Lord prepared and primed me, yes we may be building a big beautiful sanctuary now, but I asked the Lord to let me maintain the same oil that flowed in that storeront, Let us not become so high minded lest we forget the reason for church in the first place, SOULS, and if none are being saved and delivered, the building means nothing!... to my comrades that are currently in them,making major kingdom impact, be of good cheer, keep working it, dont lose your oil behind cocky, arrogant preachers who used those same storefronts to get where they are today, and most who say things like this dont even pastor a church. Dont get tied up in debt trying to buy a bigger building or finance a new facility to impress these spiritual morons, God will DO ALL that he has promised in due season, until then stay OILY !.....+TLP
