SPORTS JOURNALIST AND SOCIAL MEDIA WORK EXPERIENCE Irish 7 Soccer Federation - Dublin We are looking for highly motivated web copywriter / social media intern to join our start-up company and take responsibility for the website & blog and social media platform. We are Irish 7 Soccer Federation, an Irish NGO initiative to govern and regulate the game of 7 Soccer in Ireland , we are affiliated to Football 7 Worldwide . You will be working with a young team full of easy-going but knowledgeable individuals, so this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on commercial experience and learn from experienced. Our office is based in Santry, and all the games are run Indoors. Responsibilities: You will be running content research and overseeing Federation and Clubs websites and blogs. You’ll be responsible for managing a wide range of social media platform, writing posts, articles and press releases. Writing creative articles in various topics and distribute them across the whole social media platforms and engaging with other bloggers, journalists and website owners to publish the articles. Participate in creative meetings and ideas meetings for content, marketing and digital marketing plans Research new channels and trends to reach out targeted customer audience Requirements Skills: Excellent writing skills and a passion for social media is essential. Soccer experience is a desirable but not necessary . Good knowledge about social media platforms is necessary. You must be able to effectively communicate across core social platforms – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google + Youtube, Wordpress and other platforms. You will be using Hootsuite. Experience of working in a web content environment (Desirable) as you will do content marketing. Good understanding of online content & SEO & Google Keywords (Desirable).
