SUNDAY DEVOTIONAL SERVICE. [Start @ 10:00am]. Our worship procedure in C.C.C. [A brief insight]: This program is dedicated to all members around the world, wishing to go to a C.C.C., but were unable to do so. Rather than feel isolated in the part of the world where you are based, we have decided to package a short hand-out for you to get a feel of church service in C.C.C. Remember that this is holy and a spiritual church and members need to adopt a high degree of holiness as printed in the churchs constitution. The Church is always sanctified by 7 male elders before the service commences for the church to be purified and holy. This set the scene for the service to begin: A Short prayer by the service conductor [an anointed male elder] outside the church, with church members filing behind him and responding to prayer with Amen. After this prayer then, the Lords prayer. Next the processional hymn of Jeri-moya-mah to enter the church. After the members had filed into the church and choir take their place, then the song changes to the lighting of the candles hymn, stated below. Yarah Sarah hymn, for lighting the 7 candles on the altar. A supporting male elder enters the altar and commences the process of lighting the candles and then use the incense around altar and then sprinkling of holy water. The service conductor waits outside the altar until the supporting elder lighting the candles finishes and signal to the conductor to proceed into the altar ready to conduct the service. The service conductor now enters the altar, followed by elders filing into the altar to take their respective place. Then the song changes to the that of the kneeling down. The kneeling down song is Yarah Mah Hi ya rah mah [x3]...Oh come unto the Lord. After singing this for almost three times, then the song stops. The service conductor jingle the bell [x3 times], and in response members touch the floor with their fore heads to bow, and then saying...Holy, Holy, Holy to the Lord God of Host. The bell is rang again and the same process continue until the head touches the floor for the ninth time. Then congregation remain kneeling upright, facing the direction of the altar. Next, Hymn 4: [The whole church congregation will sing this song 3 times while on their kneels in harmony] Oh Christ oh my King I will worship thee My Power and my shinning light. Holy Thou Holiness [x3] Amen. Next Service conductor say...Eyiba [an holy name]... [3x] and the congregation respond with holy respectively and then recite Psalm 51: 1-19 (led by the service conductor). Then Jehovah Ramah [3x], followed by Psalm 24:1-10, which is read by the service conductor. He ends this with Amen. Next Gloria [led by the choir]... the conductor now pray for forgiveness of sin and sanctification. Then the Lords prayer [by the congregation]. Our Father, who Art in heaven...etc. Amen. Members now rise up on to their feet to sing our first hymn of forgiveness of sin, which can be found in our hymn book. The rest of the service is followed as printed in our order of service. The above is an introduction and there are more to the program. N.B: On Sunday services 7 hymns are selected for worship. A live worship in C.C.C. is a unique experience for first timer, and I encourage you to worship at one of our parish around the world or in your country. Check the website for your nearest parish. [FYI]:This is the church sent to cleanse the world. PRAYER FOR THOSE UNABLE TO ATTEND C.C.C. AROUND THE WORLD. Jehovah. Jesus Christ. Holy Michael. On this special day Lord, your children are here in spirit with you praying in their heart to you Jehovah because they depend on you. First we pray for forgiveness of sins that they might have committed, Father kindly forgiveness them such sins. Sanctify their hearts mind, body and soul, for them to be purified before thee. Holiness is paramount for those seeking your glory. I pray now, for them that whatever is their needs from you Jehovah, kindly grant their heart desire unto them today. They want to worship you, but were unfortunate to do so on this day, however with faith, they know you are ever closer to them in their heart, hence we pray for them where ever on earth they could be at present. Father have mercy upon them all and bless them today. Let them know that you are a miraculous working God in C.C.C. Thank you Lord for answered prayer. IJMN. Ive prayed. Amen.
