SYED SALIM SALEEM GEELANI BEREAVED Srinagar, Jun 18 (Only Kashmir): The chairman of Nation Peoples Party and the head of Hurriyat (M) Human Rights Cell today bereaved after his young Nephew Syed Altaf Geelani and the brother of Syed Javaid Iqbal Geelani died when he met a road accident at Hari Kupwara. The decreased was on way to his home Ludarwan Kupwara after his bike skidded off resulting on spot dead. Meanwhile various people from different shades and walks of life have expressed deep sympathies with Salim Saleem in particular and with the bereaved family in general. In a statement to Media Hurriyat (M) senior leaders including Peoples Political Party Chairman Engineer Hilal Ahmad War, Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (H) chairman Javaid Ahmad Mir, Muslim League Chairman Hakim Abdul Rashid and Human Rights defender Yaseen Hassan Malik offered condolences to Syed Salim Geelani. The whole ‘Only Kashmir’ team including its Chief Editor Bilal Bashir Bhat prays for the departed soul.
