Alhamdulillah, they have trusted Ummi to represent them...but but the highlight of this that made Ummi want to faint is that Ummi will be cooking with Chef Ismail!!!! Before the event day, Chef Ismail will visit Ummi at my kitchen for a personal coaching of 4 types of Malaysia Laksa. Laksa Johor, Laksa Kelantan (Laksam), Laksa Sarawak dan Laksa Penang. Insyallah on the event day Ummi will be cooking for 1000 thousand of people. There will be Datuk, Datin, Ambassador and of cause the Public... Insyallah Ummi will announce more details once its nearer to the event date. Cant wait to meet Chef Ismail personally. Seriously this is one of the highlight of my career.
