Salutations! Its that time of year again. Some of us will be holding down the flow fort while others will embark on a hot dusty week in the beautiful BRC! My first year I wanted to make a truly awesome gift I could give as many people I meet. A friend suggested that I make trail mix. With my resources at work (I work in a vegan /vegetarian kitchen in a natural foods grocery store) I began to compile 50 lbs of trail mix for my first year. Second year 75-100, third year 150....... oh my. This year I want to up the ante to 250 lbs. In order to do that over $1,400 of ingredients will need to be purchased. This mix is seriously bomb - dood.....seriously. See below for spreadsheet on ingredient expenses as well as a doc. for the list of ingredients. For any who wish to donate who will not be joining us at the burn, thats okay! You can still get mix - just have to coordinate a pick up cause Im not driving all willy nilly all over town ;) But I will cover your bag in playa XD Munch in solidarity knowing that at that moment when youre enjoying your AC eating an almond someone in deep playa is eating the same delicious almond O_O Crazy right?
