Sanyu FM News A boda boda motorist has died at Kitgum hospital of suspected hemorrhagic fever, two days after he was admitted in the isolation ward. Dr. Geoffrey Okello, the Medical Superintendent of Kitgum Hospital says the deceased arrived at the hospital while bleeding profusely from the nose and other body parts. According to Dr. Okello they took all precautionary measures while attending to the patient, and blood samples have been sent to the laboratory to ascertain the cause of death. He adds that all medical personnel that dealt with the patient are also still being monitored, until the medical results have been released. This comes amid heightened fear globally of the Ebola outbreak in West Africa, spreading to other countries. Over 600 people have so far died in West Africa.
