Sap alert: As I reflect on 2014, I find the memories bittersweet. I lost what I thought was friendships, strengthened others, discovered that hardships can be a fantastic motivation for change and depression can feed your creativity in ways that happiness cannot. Ive found that success and victory can happen in spite of perceived failure. Ive achieved goals and aspired to new achieve new ones. Lessons have been learned through tears and smiles. Overall, 2014 was a great year for me. Im thankful for the good, bad, ugly and sad because they all helped me grow up. Im thankful for the push I needed to step out of my own boundaries and achieve goals I had given up on. Ironically, I met my dreams because of disappointment. I look forward to 2015...whatever it may bring!
