Saturday September 28th... I started the day with a Hike at andresinstitute.org/ This hill provides 10 trails riddled with over 70 man made sculptures that are really cool to look at. It was fascinating. When I got home, my daughter Christina Stewart had arranged a surprise party for me. I want to thank everyone that came to celebrate with me. My friends and I spent time at Bensons Park, enjoyed cake and home made hamburgers (thank you Brian Stewart). We topped the night off with a bonfire in the back yard. It was such a fun day. Thank you Christina for this wonderful gift. Sunday September 29th.... Christina and I went to the Pumpkin Chucking festival with my friends Steve, Amy Chevoor, Barb Burke Orsino and Nidia. I thought it was very entertaining, especially when one of the catapults shot the pumpkin in the wrong direction and hit the pole in the parking lot. :-)
