Scam Alert! Several EPB Fiber Optics business customers have reported what appears to be a scam involving long distance phone services. Callers are telling our customers they have been overcharged for long distance phone services, and are due a refund. The callers have also told our customers EPB Fiber Optics has merged with AT&T. To be clear, EPB Fiber Optics has not merged with any other service providers. If you get calls about refunds, or about EPB Fiber Optics merging with other providers, never give out your personal information or agree to sign up for other services.
