Seizing upon every known and available opportunity to reconcile word with deed is never a concern for the people of Woodside, those among the many who count themselves as doers who happen upon doing things with eventual expectation of victory over sloth and idleness as if on cue because the routine has been perfected, the hands brought to iron, and indeed elements of your people avail themselves to the difficult toils. In the presentation of this evidence, obvious and enduring as it is because of the modern media and the thousands of eyeball witnesses to the same, here being Phase II and III Cleaning and Graffiti Remediation, the story before this story is the one where people, yes, people work together in confidence and unshakeable willpower to cast off the scales of depressing lost years of foolish nonsense where the brooder vipers who conceal themselves in the thickets and darkness where only the most bitter weeds take hold, encapsulated by the verbal activist, who, it can be said again, and this is the key point to remember: never lose an opportunity to lose an opportunity to restore confidence or perform even the most simplest of tasks to add value, as this sorry, pitiful bunch of lazybones freeze themselves into the sloth, cluster in useless meetings where hands stay idle, and where much hand-wringing and face-contorting occurs, amounting indeed to a big nothing, are driven out of their lofty perch. But there was nary a moment this day that I envisioned such horribly terrifying thoughts in my tormented heart or troubled soul. And, for shame this man David Rosasco will not concede the hard-won ground of freedom to the circle-the-wagons bunch of do-nothings, and he apparently has many friends, and I must speak of them here. Could you not conceive of a greater goal for those who seek our serfdom and ignorance of the world we actually exist than to have people such as Jorge and his daughters Leslie and Evelyn stop practicing freedom as free people do in a bold yet ridiculously evident goal of staving off any further deterioration of the civic pride, general welfare or the mere chance to make new friends, and as a function of people loving people, major strategic projects are conducted? No, never again will our youth, amazing youth as Leslie or Evelyn from PS 11, an institution that our community can have justifiable pride over, have to live in the barren desert landscape where nothing of morally clear and right action is undertaken, where small men with big jobs deceive the many through atmospheric concerns that add not an inch to our stature. And as such sickening and effectively meaningless dribble extends its head from the thicket, they, and there are many, many others, will immediately be able to identify what diversion looks like and confront this poison with organized effort until the end. You, the great and good people of Woodside, can be rest assured and entertain comfortable and reassuring thoughts that a great reversal of fortunes is upon us, that the new generation, the new Americans, young and old, are already leading the battle to save ourselves, the out are in, and, by natural extension, they shall charge into the midst in service and ready example of simple tasks repeated often until perfect and repeatable by others, restoring the confidence and paying attention to even the smallest of details. Not since Caesar crossed the Rubicon has there been such opportunity for the signs of the times to point in such a new direction. (10/05/14)
